About Margeaux Simms
Margeaux Simms was born on August 3, 1981, in Toronto, Canada. She is a Canadian singer and songwriter known for her work in electronic hip-hop music under the project name HOFM. In addition to her music career, she is also a fashion designer and reality television personality who gained fame through her appearances on the VH1 series Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.
Before rising to prominence, Simms attended Ryerson Polytechnic University where she studied fashion design. During this time, she also began singing on hip hop tracks recorded at a studio in Oshawa.
Simms self-released her debut solo EP Animal House before collaborating with her husband as part of a dubstep duo called Invaderz and joining a group named Roma! She married Nikko London in 2007 and together they were part of a music group called Test Drive. After their marriage ended, she began dating Merika Palmiste.
Simms continues to make strides both musically and within the fashion world while maintaining an active presence in reality television.
