About Manuela Osk Haroardottir
Manuela Osk Haroardottir was born on August 29, 1993, in Reykjavik, Iceland. She is a beauty queen and model who gained recognition by winning the titles of Miss Reykjavik and Miss Iceland in 2002 and placing as the first runner-up in Miss Scandinavia that same year.
In 2016, she was appointed as the National Director for Miss Universe Iceland. Prior to her pageant career, she attended school at Husstjornarskolinn i Reykjavik in her hometown.
An interesting fact about Haroardottir is that she was scheduled to compete in Miss Universe 2003 but had to withdraw due to hospitalization for dehydration just two days before the event.
She was previously married to soccer star Gretar Steinsson with whom she shares children named Elma and Johann.
