Luisa Omielan, born on September 7, 1982, in Birmingham, England, is a comedian known for her debut one-woman show “What Would Beyonce Do?”. The show earned critical acclaim and was named “one of the top UK comedy shows of the last decade” by the Guardian. Omielan has also performed at prestigious festivals including the Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Prior to her success as a comedian, Omielan studied at prominent acting schools such as Second City, Improv Olympic, and Comedy Sports Theatre. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in performing arts from Salford University.
Omielan’s work has been featured in publications like Vogue, In Style, Marie Claire, and The Times. She was born as the third of five children in Birmingham.
