LuAnn Haslam is a TV actress, best known for her role as Becky Thatcher on NBC’s The New Adventures of Huckleberry Finn in the late 1960s. She was born on March 28, 1953, in California. Before pursuing an acting career, she started modeling for J.C.Penney’s department store at the age of four and later appeared in TV commercials.
After leaving show business, Haslam earned a degree from Brigham Young University and began teaching film and mathematics at San Gabriel High School in California. She also gained recognition for her popular blog called Prom-Night.com.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Haslam later moved to Alhambra with her husband.
