Louise Barnes (born April 26, 1974) is a South African TV actress. She is best known for her role as Miranda Barlow in the Starz series Black Sails and her appearance in the 2009 horror film Surviving Evil. Barnes received a South African Film and Television Award for Best Actress in a TV Soap for portraying Donna Hardy on Scandal!. Prior to her acting career, she earned an honors degree in dramatic art from the University of Witwatersrand.
Aside from her acting pursuits, Barnes co-owned a health studio and trained as a Bikram yoga instructor in the United States. She was born in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, and is married with a daughter.
