Liz Arch (born March 10, 1982) is an American fitness instructor known for creating the Primal Yoga routine, a fusion of martial arts and yoga. She has graced the covers of internationally recognized magazines such as Yoga Life and Yoga Journal. On Instagram, she advocates for trauma healing. Before gaining fame as a yoga instructor, she trained in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Kung Fu while earning multiple yoga certifications.
Arch has also worked as a model for notable brands like Lululemon and Under Armour. In early 2018, she announced pre-orders for her book The Courage to Rise, which was released in December of that year. Personally, Arch shares her life with partner Adam and their son Skye.
