Lisa McGrillis (born September 3, 1982) is a TV actress from Cheltenham, England, best known for her work on the BBC. She gained recognition for her roles as Vicki in the sitcom Hebburn and Rachel Coles in the drama Inspector George Gently.
McGrillis studied performance at the University of Newcastle before pursuing an acting career. Her talent led to a successful run in the play The Pitmen Painters at London’s Royal National Theater, which eventually transferred to Broadway in 2010.
She hails from Carlisle, England where her parents still reside and has three older brothers. In July 2015, she married Stuart Martin.
