About Lenka
Lenka is an Australian pop singer born on March 19, 1978. She first gained recognition for her hit song “The Show” from her debut album, which reached #142 on the Billboard 200. In 2011, she released her second album titled Two.
Prior to her music career, Lenka spent her childhood in the Australian bush before relocating to Sydney at the age of seven. During her teenage years, she pursued acting and studied at the Australian Theatre for Young People.
Notably, Lenka’s song “Everything at Once” was featured in a promotional advertisement by Disney Movie Rewards. She comes from a family with a musical background; while her father was a Czech musician, her mother worked as a schoolteacher. In 2012, Lenka married James Gulliver Hancock and they welcomed their first child together.
