About Laura Celdran Subiela
Laura Celdran Subiela is a Spanish mountain biker and entrepreneur born on April 22, 1981. She left her job as a telecommunications engineer to found CoreBicycle, a company specializing in bikes and accessories. Laura practices various styles of mountain biking including dirt, enduro, and downhill.
In 2017, she was the recipient of the Iniciativas prize at La Caixa for her entrepreneurial endeavors. Prior to her cycling career, Laura graduated from the Universidad Politecnica de Cartagena in 2003.
Aside from mountain biking, Laura also enjoys other extreme sports such as freeride, snowboard freestyle, kitesurfing, and wakeboarding. She was born in Spain.
