About Ksenia Penkina
Ksenia Penkina (born December 30, 1989) is a Russian-born professional chef specializing in the art of pastry. She is best known for her visually stunning Mirror Glazed cakes which incorporate multiple colors and special effects into baking. Penkina offers a pastry-based Master Class cooking series based out of Vancouver.
Penkina earned her culinary degree in Switzerland before gaining recognition for sharing photos of her completed cakes on Instagram starting in January 2016. Notably, she launched her own signature line of Haute Food Colors featuring both water-soluble and oil-soluble colors.
She was born and raised in Russia.
