About Kim Sori
Kim Sori is a South Korean pop artist who was born on February 2, 1985 in Seoul, South Korea. She rose to fame with the release of her debut single “Lips” in February 2009 and followed up with her first album, Hip Girl, in 2010.
Prior to her music career, Kim Sori majored in dance at Sangmyung University. Interestingly, she auditioned to be a member of the popular Star Empire Entertainment girls’ pop group Jewelry in 2006 but was not chosen as they felt she didn’t fit the group’s image. Instead, she was given the opportunity to debut as a solo act.
In addition to her musical pursuits, Kim Sori shares moments with her niece and nephew on social media platforms such as Instagram.
