About Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo
Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo, born on August 6, 1964, in Ibadan, Nigeria, is a prominent activist and journalist. Known online as Snitchlady, she has made a name for herself as a pharmacist and gun violence activist. She also gained recognition as the editor of #HNNAfrica, a world news and health blog.
Prior to her rise to fame, Omololu-Olunloyo appeared on various segments across different shows including CNN and CBC News. In addition to her journalistic pursuits, she served on the Governors Advisory Council at Kingston General Hospital in Kingston, Ontario.
Notably, in 2014 Omololu-Olunloyo was one of the top three nominees for the Social Media Awards Africa’s Social Media Influencer of the Year. She was raised in Ibadan,Oyo State,Nigeria,and grew up amongst nine siblings.
