About Kathryn Budig
Kathryn Budig is an internationally renowned yoga instructor and author, born on June 2, 1982 in Lawrence, Kansas. She is known for her self-help and lifestyle book “Aim True” which was published in 2016. Additionally, she authored “The Women’s Health Big Book of Yoga”. Kathryn has also taught yoga classes online with Yogaglo.
Before gaining recognition in the field of yoga, she earned degrees in English and Drama from University of Virginia. Afterward, she moved to Los Angeles where she trained at Yogaworks.
Besides her career as a yoga instructor and author, Kathryn Budig founded the animal project Poses for Paws. In her personal life, she has been in a long term relationship with ESPN sportscaster Kate Fagan.
