About Katarina Witt
Katarina Witt, born on December 3, 1965 in Berlin, Germany, is a retired figure skater and model.
Witt achieved international fame by winning gold medals in the 1984 Sarajevo and 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics.
Prior to her rise to prominence, she attended Kinder-und Jugendsportschule, a school for athletically gifted students.
In addition to her successful skating career, Witt’s influence extended into the entertainment industry as she was selected as a judge on the hit British TV show Dancing On Ice.
Her family consists of her parents Manfred and Katja, along with her brother Axel.
