About Karina Grau
Karina Grau, born on November 25, 1986 in Asuncion, Paraguay, is an IFBB Pro figure competitor and personal trainer. She achieved the feat of being the winner of the 2015 Los Angeles Pro Figure Championships and securing 1st place at the 2016 Los Angeles Championships. Notably, she made history as the first Paraguayan woman to turn Pro in the IFBB.
Grau’s interest in fitness began at age 16 when she joined a gym. This led her to compete in her first competition in 2006, marking the start of her journey as a bodybuilder.
Aside from her accomplishments in bodybuilding, Grau is also multilingual with proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Her mother’s name is Carmen Servin and she has two siblings named Raul and Pamela.
