Julia Busuttil Nishimura, born on August 30, 1988 in Australia, is a renowned non-fiction author and cook best known for her popular cookbook “Ostro: Simple, Generous Food for Living and Sharing,” released in 2017. Her other works include “Around the Table” and “A Year of Simple Family Food.”
Prior to gaining recognition as an author, Julia began contributing to The Design Files in 2014 and has also served as a columnist for Good Weekend Magazine and ABC Everyday.
