About Julia Calvo
Julia Calvo (born March 2, 1961) is an Argentine singer and actress known for her recurring television roles on the El Trece and Telefe networks. She portrayed Serafina on the 2019 series Argentina, tierra de amor y venganza as well as Rita on Alguien que me quiera. Prior to her television career, she studied theater at the National School of Dramatic Arts in Buenos Aires and made her debut as a film actress in 1970’s Los mochileros. Notably, she won the Best Actress within a Drama Series award at the Martin Fierro awards in 2003 for her role in Padre Coraje.
Juila Calvo was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
