About Jonas Jarlsby
Jonas Jarlsby (born June 30, 1987) is a Swedish professional guitarist known for his role as the lead guitarist of the Gothenburg-based metal band Avatar. He co-founded the band in 2001 and gained prominence with their 2016 single “The Eagle Has Landed,” which reached #16 on Billboard’s mainstream rock chart. In addition to his work with Avatar, Jarlsby had the opportunity to perform at the Shiprocked Music Festival in 2016.
Jarlsby hails from Sweden and continues to pursue his career as a guitarist.
