About Johanna San Miguel Dammert
Johanna San Miguel Dammert (born November 14, 1967) is a Peruvian actress, comedian, and presenter. She is best recognized for her performance as Andrea Aramburu in the telenovela Carmin and for her role as Queca in the series Pataclaun.
San Miguel studied at the Colegio Villa Maria in Lima before making her television debut in 1984 on the soap opera Carmin. In 1990, she began hosting the children’s television program Yan Ken Po.
Throughout her career, San Miguel has received several awards for acting and hosting work, including being named Revelation of the Year in 2006 for her work on America Espectaculos program.
Born and raised in Miraflores, Peru, San Miguel comes from a family with political connections; she is the niece of politicians Miguel Dammery Muelle and Manuel Dammert Ego-Aguirre.
