About Johana Bahamon
Johana Bahamon is a Colombian TV actress and activist. Born on July 27, 1982, in Cali, Colombia, she gained recognition for her work both on-screen and as an advocate for social change.
Bahamon’s career includes notable roles such as Tita in the television series “The Madame” in 2016. She has also amassed a significant following on Instagram with over 1.1 million followers.
Prior to her acting career, Bahamon made significant contributions to social causes. In 2012, she started a theater group within the women’s prison El Buen Pastor in Bogota. This led to the creation of the Teatro Foundation in 2013, which aimed to benefit over 30,000 individuals within Colombian prisons.
In recognition of her efforts towards prison reform and humanization of the system, Bahamon was appointed as Ambassador of Good Will by the Ministry of Justice and Law in 2014.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Bahamon has been married twice – first to Andres Cabas from 2004 to 2009 and then to Juan Manuel Salazar since 2014.
