About Jodi Boam
Jodi Boam is a Canadian bodybuilder and multi-champion IFBB Fitness professional, born on March 13, 1987. She earned her pro card at the 2010 CBBF Nationals and became Canada’s youngest professional at the age of 23. Before pursuing bodybuilding, she excelled in competitive gymnastics and reached the Canadian National level by the age of 15.
After a severe injury forced her to retire from fitness in 2012, she transitioned into Women’s Physique and also became a competition prep and lifestyle coach. Boam hails from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, where she was inspired by her father’s dedication to fitness. She has been involved with fellow fitness enthusiast Sean Doornbos.
