Ochoa developed a passion for surfing at a young age and began competing regularly. In 2013, she secured a sponsorship from Reef which helped elevate her profile within the surfing community.
Aside from her success in surfing, Ochoa is also known as a model and has been featured in publications like Playboy and Surfer Magazine. She has participated in numerous competitions, including the ALAS Reef Classic in Mazatlan.
Although she was born and raised in Mexico, Ochoa now divides her time between Mexico and Hawaii.
