About Jenny Rissveds
Jenny Rissveds, born on June 6, 1994 in Falun, Sweden, is a Swedish cross-country mountain bike rider. She gained widespread recognition for winning the gold medal in the under-23 mountain bike race at the World Championships in 2016. Rissveds began her career riding for Scott-Odlo MTB Racing Team and later achieved further success by clinching the gold medal in women’s cross country at the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
In July 2017, she was honored with the Victoria Scholarship. Rissveds hails from Falun, Sweden where she was born and raised.
