Jen DeLeon is a media personality who rose to prominence after creating her blog in 2009. Born on June 28, 1990, in Illinois, DeLeon’s career includes work with NBC Chicago, The Chicago Bulls, HotNewHipHop.com and SkeeTV.
Before gaining fame as a blogger and media personality, DeLeon held 17 different jobs including positions at Dairy Queen, Macy’s, Express, Foot Locker, Aldo Shoes and a receptionist job at a nursing home. She started doing interviews at the age of 19 and went on to graduate from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in journalism.
An interesting fact about Jen DeLeon is that her first TV appearance was on The Oprah Winfrey Show for her “No Phone Zone” Campaign where she represented the young generation by engaging in driving simulations and spoke out against texting while driving.
