Jefra Bland Hines (born July 2, 1990) is an American reality star who gained recognition for her appearance on the twenty-eighth season of the popular reality show Survivor: Cagayan.
Prior to her stint on Survivor, Bland was named Miss Kentucky Teen USA and achieved a top 15 placement in the Miss Teen USA pageant. In addition to her reality television endeavors, she also appeared in the short film Shooter Jennings’ The Other Life in 2013.
Bland hails from Campbellsville, Kentucky and comes from a family with a noteworthy story; her father overcame drug addiction and later became a sponsor for others struggling with addiction. In May 2014, she married Jared Hines, and they welcomed their son Asher Reese in April of the following year.
