Janine Brito is a comedian and actress known for her role as a correspondent on Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell and for her work as an actress and writer on One Day at a Time. Born in Florida on August 10, 1981, she earned a degree from Washington University in St. Louis before beginning her comedy career.
Brito has been involved with activism throughout her adulthood, initially becoming involved with the labor rights movement during college. She frequently reports on topics related to feminism and the LGBTQ community during her appearances on Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell.
