Jacque Reid (born January 31, 1966) is an American television and radio personality known for her work as the host of BET Nightly News from 2001 to 2005.
Reid hails from Atlanta, Georgia where she was born. She pursued her education in journalism, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in print journalism from Clark Atlanta University and a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University.
In addition to her role at BET, Reid also served as a morning anchor on CNN Headline News during her career.
