Ilona Korstin is a former Russian basketball player born on May 30, 1980, in Leningrad, Soviet Union. She played as a shooting guard and has Estonian descent.
Korstin had a successful career winning numerous league titles with teams like VBM-SGAU Samara, Bourges Basket and Spartak M.R. Vidnoje. She also represented Russia at three Olympic Games and earned bronze medals in 2004 and 2008.
She made her professional debut with CJM Bourges Basket in 1997 before retiring from basketball. After her retirement, she became the Deputy CEO at the VTB United League.
Her father’s name is Kalyu, and her mother’s name is Olga.
