Ida Sjostedt (born January 27, 1976) is a Swedish fashion designer from Stockholm, known for her departure from traditional Swedish minimalism in favor of more embellished and feminine pieces.
Sjostedt has collaborated with brands such as Monki, JC, IKEA, and Coca-Cola. In June 2015, she gained significant attention for designing Princess Sofia Hellqvist’s bridal gown for her marriage to Prince Carl Gustaf of Sweden.
She launched her brand in 2001 and has since garnered recognition, winning Guldknappen’s Reader’s Choice Award for Best Swedish Designer two years in a row in 2011 and 2014.
