About Holly Rillinger
Holly Rillinger (born May 5, 1975 in Kansas) is a fitness instructor and coach. She is best known for her eponymous fitness brand as well as her work as a Nike Master Trainer and appearance on the Bravo network fitness series Work Out New York.
Rillinger graduated from James Madison University, where she played for the school’s women’s basketball team and ended her career there in 1997 as the school’s then all-time leading scorer. She also played professional basketball in Germany, France, and Australia before becoming a master instructor for Flywheel Fitness in May 2010.
She was born in Kansas but raised in Lincoln, Nebraska after her family moved there when she was two years old.
