Heidy De La Rose (born December 16, 1989) is a Puerto Rican model known for her appearances in ad campaigns for brands such as Target, Macy’s, and Elle Macpherson Intimates. She gained recognition after being selected for Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit issue casting call in both 2015 and 2016. De La Rose was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, and was raised in Vega Baja.
