Hannah Whiteley is a professional kitesurfer and model born on March 1, 1992, in England. She achieved the title of KiteSpeed World Champion in 2017, following her success as the Vice Kitesurf World Champion in 2016 and three-time British Champion.
Whiteley’s introduction to kitesurfing came through her father who taught her at a young age. Despite a frightening incident, she returned to the sport at the age of 15 and made history by becoming the youngest female ever to win the British Amateur Ladies title.
In addition to her accomplishments as an athlete, Whiteley has been recognized for her influence within kitesurfing, being named “Most Influential Girl Kitesurfer” in 2012. Her family background includes her father Pete, himself a five-time British senior champion in kitesurfing.
