About Grace Jackson
Grace Jackson was born on June 14, 1961, in Jamaica. She is a renowned women’s sprinter who achieved major success during her career. In the 1988 Summer Olympics held in Seoul, she won a silver medal in the 200-meter race. Additionally, she secured gold in the 4×400-meter relay at the 1989 World Cup.
Prior to her athletic achievements, Jackson graduated from Queen’s School in Jamaica and also excelled as a high jumper, clinching first place at the under-20 Central American and Caribbean Junior Championships.
Jackson spent her childhood years in Priory, Saint Ann, located in Jamaica.
