About Gina Alajar
Gina Alajar, born on June 29, 1958 in Tondo, Philippines, is a prolific Filipino film and television actress. With a career spanning over four decades, she has garnered recognition for her roles in popular productions such as Amaya, Machete, and Batad. Alajar’s impressive body of work has earned her numerous accolades including several Gawad Urian Awards.
Alajar began her acting journey as a child performer with notable appearances in critically acclaimed roles. One of her early films was the 1966 production Hindi Mo Ako Kayang Tapakan.
In 2016, Alajar joined the cast of Magkaibang Mundo as one of the main antagonists. She shares three sons with Michael De Mesa: Ryan, Geoff and AJ Eigenmann.
