Georgia Nott (born July 7, 1994) is a pop singer from Nelson, New Zealand. She is best known as the lead vocalist of the New Zealand pop duo Broods, with whom she has achieved success with hit singles such as “Bridges” and “Mother & Father,” as well as their chart-topping studio album Evergreen (2014).
Prior to her music career, Nott performed with an indie rock group called The Peasants while attending Garin College. Subsequently, she briefly studied at the University of Auckland before collaborating with her brother to form Broods.
Nott’s music has been featured in popular television shows such as Reign on The CW, Revenge on ABC, and Catfish on MTV.
She was raised in a family of musicians alongside her older brother Caleb Nott (who is also her collaborator in Broods), three other siblings and their parents; they often performed together during their childhood years in an ABBA tribute group.In 2016 Georgia Nott married Jacob Wieblitz.
