About Gemita Samarra
Gemita Samarra, born on May 12, 1993 in Spain, is a Spanish stuntwoman, actress, and model. She is best known for her work as a stunt double for Lea Seydoux‘s character Madeleine Swann in the 2015 film Spectre. In addition to her stunt work, she also appeared in an episode of Game of Thrones as Brea.
Before her rise to prominence in the entertainment industry, Samarra grew up participating in competitive swimming and riding horses. At the age of 16, she began modeling and quickly gained recognition for her comfort and skill underwater, landing several underwater modeling jobs.
Samarra has displayed a passion for animal welfare and conservation efforts by serving as the CEO of Finished Finning and adopting a one-week-old wolf who was the runt of its litter. Additionally, she comes from a family with roots in the Spanish circus tradition; her older brother Adrian has worked on extreme sports films.
