She won a Gracie Award in 2008 for her directing on “30 Rock” and earned an Emmy in 2013 for her work on “Modern Family.” Mancuso began her career as a script supervisor for the Showtime series “Brothers” and went on to direct episodes of shows such as “Dharma and Greg,” “Friends,” “Rules of Engagement,” and “Scrubs.”
She is married to Brian Downs, a physician, and they have homes in River Forest, Illinois and Valencia, California.
