Hayley Mills, born on April 18, 1946 in London, England, is a British actress known for her role as teen twins in The Parent Trap. She received the BAFTA Award for Most Promising Newcomer for her performance in the 1959 film Tiger Bay.
At the age of 12, Mills was discovered by J. Lee Thompson. Aside from her successful acting career, she became involved with the International Society for Krishna Consciousness and even wrote a preface for their vegetarian cookbook in 1986.
Mills’ sister Juliet is also an actress. She married Roy Boulting in 1971 and they had a son named Crispian before their divorce in 1977. In 2012, she began dating Firdous Bamji.
