About Flavia Cacace
Flavia Cacace was born on March 13, 1980, in Naples, Italy. She is an Italian dancer known for her appearances on the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing. Between 2002 and 2006, she has won multiple UK dance awards. In 2012, she also appeared on the BBC series The Magicians.
Flavia began her dancing career at the age of six in a local ballroom dancing class where she met her partner Vincent Simone with whom she continued performing. She participated in six seasons of Strictly Come Dancing and claimed victory in its tenth season in 2012 alongside her celebrity partner.
On December 29th, 2013, Flavia married Jimi Mistry, a Coronation Street actor who was also her partner during the eighth season of Strictly Come Dancing.
