Emily Schromm is a reality star, fitness model, and instructor known for her appearance on MTV’s The Real World: Washington, D.C. She was born on December 23, 1988 in Columbia, Missouri. Prior to gaining fame, she and her two sisters were raised in a cult before leaving at the age of 13.
Schromm began her fitness journey with activities such as rock climbing, yoga, and football before diving into Crossfit and other disciplines. In 2014, she was recognized as Women’s Health magazine’s Next Fitness Star.
Since her time on The Real World, Schromm has settled in Denver where she works as a Crossfit and fitness trainer while also participating in fitness competitions. During her stint on the show, she came out as bisexual and is a proud owner of a cat named Griffindor.
