Emily Duncan is a fitness instructor and nationally qualified bikini competitor born on May 11, 1995, in Ohio. She is best known for her brand Emily Duncan Fit and her popular YouTube channel Em Dunc, which has over 70,000 subscribers.
Prior to achieving success in the fitness industry, she was a dancer but transitioned to strength training after sustaining an injury in high school. This led her down the path of becoming a personal trainer.
