Elsie Kelly, born on June 7, 1936, in England, is a well-known TV actress. She gained recognition for her role as Mrs. Tardebigge on the popular ITV soap opera Crossroads. Subsequently, she portrayed Joan on The Famous Five and also appeared as Aunt Florie on Harry and the Wrinklies and Noreen on Benidorm.
Prior to her television success, Kelly was actively involved in stage performances and directing. In the early 1970s, she became the head of Birkenhead Operatic Society Trust. Additionally, she taught vocal music at Liverpool’s Elliott-Clarke School alongside her acting career.
Kelly spent her formative years in Merseyside, England.
