Ellen Parker, born on September 30, 1949 in France, is a renowned soap opera actress best known for her role as Maureen Reardon Bauer on the CBS soap opera Guiding Light. In addition to her successful television career, she has also made notable appearances in stage productions such as Equus and The Heidi Chronicles.
Parker’s early career saw her portraying Ethel Kennedy in a 1983 television miniseries before gaining widespread recognition for her work. She is the recipient of a Daytime Emmy Award and graduated from Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York.
