About Elisa Fernandes
Elisa Fernandes is a Brazilian chef born on May 15, 1990 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She rose to fame after winning the first season of MasterChef Brasil in 2015. Following her victory, Elisa went on to work as a chef at the renowned Plaza Athenee restaurant founded by Alain Ducasse in Paris, France.
Prior to her success, Elisa was raised in a small town near Sao Paolo and later pursued culinary studies at Le Cordon Bleu School. In addition to her culinary accomplishments, she has made guest appearances on television shows such as Agora e Tarde.
During her time on MasterChef Brasil, Elisa received support from her father Sidney who notably helped her open a lid during the show’s finale.
