About Edith Frances
Edith Frances is a Canadian pop singer known for her work with Crystal Castles. She joined the band in 2015 and contributed to two singles and one full album before the group disbanded due to allegations of sexual misconduct against Ethan Kath. Frances performed two sold-out shows with Crystal Castles at Electrowerkz in London in 2016.
In 2016, she was scheduled to perform with Crystal Castles at SXSW before being removed from the lineup following allegations against the bassist. The band had plans for an international tour later that year.
“Char” was the first single released from the album that featured Frances on vocals. She hails from Canada.
