Fortner learned the art of tattooing while she was still in high school and has since gained a following of over 60,000 on her self-titled Instagram account, where she shares her tattoo work and glimpses into her daily life.
Born to parents who established the renowned Red Octopus studio in 1992, Duffy Fortner has continued to make waves in the world of tattoo artistry. In addition to pursuing her career, she is also a wife and mother.
