About Donna White
Donna White, born on April 7, 1954, in North Carolina, is a retired women’s golfer known for her victories in prestigious golf tournaments. She achieved success by winning the 1980 Florida Lady Citrus, the 1983 Coca-Cola Classic, and the 1983 Sarasota Classic. Additionally, she represented the United States and triumphed in the Curtis Cup and Espirito Santo Trophy.
Prior to her professional career, Donna was an exceptional amateur player who secured wins at both the U.S. Women’s Amateur and Trans-National Amateur events in 1976. Her outstanding accomplishments led to her induction into the University of Florida Athletic Hall of Fame in 1978.
Besides her successful career in golf, Donna White married fellow Florida Gator Mike White, a baseball player whom she wedded in 1976.
