Diana Williams is an American journalist born on July 18, 1958, in Columbus, Ohio. She is best known as an anchor for Eyewitness News and Eyewitness News Up Close with Diana Williams. Her notable work includes winning an Emmy Award for her half-hour special Dangerous Crossings.
Prior to her fame, she began her career as a reporter after serving as an intern in Charlotte, North Carolina. She then spent four years working at the local channel WHDH in Boston.
Throughout her career, Diana has covered major events such as Pope John Paul II’s visit to Israel in 2000 and provided coverage of the September 11th attacks from outside The Pentagon.
