About Diana Quick
Diana Quick is an English actress born on November 23, 1946. She is best known for her role as Lady Julia Flyte in the television serial Brideshead Revisited.
Prior to pursuing a career in acting, Quick attended Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford and was the first female president of the Dramatic Society for Oxford University.
In addition to her acting work, Quick has also authored a book about her paternal family from India entitled A Tug on the Thread: From the British Raj to the British Stage which was published in 2009.
Quick was married to Kenneth Cranham from 1974 to 1978 and has one daughter with long-time partner Bill Nighy.
