Cindy Birdsong (born December 15, 1939) is an R&B singer known for her contributions to groups such as Patti LaBelle & the Bluebelles and The Supremes. Born in Mount Holly, New Jersey, Birdsong gained fame for her performances with The Supremes, particularly their hit song ‘Baby Love’.
Prior to her music career, Birdsong lived with her family in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was married to Charles Hewlett until their divorce in 1975 and has a son with him.
The Supremes are commemorated on a star plaque along the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
